Do you dream of a wedding photoshoot that captures the urban charm of Vancouver? After a magical morning at Deep Cove, Carman and Charles and I headed to downtown Vancouver to continue their photoshoot in some of the city’s most iconic locations.
We started near David Lam Park, walking along the Seawall. There were so many different beautiful locations such as bridges and staircases which lead to many opportunities to create stunning images. One of the best things about a pre-wedding shoot is that it feels rushed. We could take our time, chat and enjoy the experience, which really comes through in the photos.
Our next stop was the downtown Vancouver Public Library. This location is a personal favorite, the architecture is just incredible. We even ventured up to the rooftop, where the views of the city are breathtaking. Although taking photos inside can be a bit tricky, with a little stealth (and covering the bride with the groom’s jacket!), we managed to capture some incredible moments.
Finally, we wrapped up the shoot at some of Vancouver’s historic sites, like the art gallery and the courthouse. These unexpected stops added even more variety to the shoot, showcasing the beauty of Vancouver in a way that was personal and meaningful to Carman and Charles.
